Ag Association Management provides the following services to our clients:

Administration: We specialize in offering the full range of administrative services to our clients. Our staff is experienced in handling all of your administration needs and has multiple success stories of how we have worked with our groups to grow their organization through our time with them. Our administration services includes:
  • Organizing and attending all meetings of the organization
  • Membership Management, Recruiting, and Maintenance of Lists and Directories
  • Full Accounting and Financial Services

Communication: We realize in a busy schedule it is difficult to keep up with the many communication needs of an ag association, that is why we offer our communication support in addition to administration services. We are currently managing the websites for the groups we manage and are involving our groups in promotional and educational activities, including social media platforms and outreach events. Our services include:
  • Website maintenance and updating
  • Disseminating information on behalf of our groups including data collection and distribution
  • Market promotion activities
  • E-blasts and announcements to membership
  • Newsletters
  • Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Blog

Convention & Event Planning: At AAM we collaborate with all of our groups to plan and carry out excellent conventions, trade shows, and other events such as field days. Currently we put on six shows throughout the course of the year and we enjoy the opportunity to be a part of these industries as they get the chance to meet together. Our convention and event planning services includes:
  • Program Development
  • Scheduling Speakers/Keynotes
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Registration and on-site event management
  • Event Planning of field days and grower or company meetings

Legislative Support & Educational Outreach: Through our involvement with seven commodity groups we have had many an opportunity to serve our clients in both legislative and educational activities. We are advocates for promoting agricultural awareness and encouraging our members to take an active voice on agricultural issues. We provide our groups with the following services:
  • Legislative Support
  • Group Representation through Media Outlets 
  • Updates to Membership on Current Issues
  • Participation in Agricultural Education Events and Programs
